2- Stay at home

6-Wash your hands more often than usual.

7- Avoid touching your face.
- This especially includes the eyes, nose and mouth, we know that sometimes it is inevitable, so it is very important to have very clean hands.
8- Use the Non-Dominant hand
- Use the non-dominant hand for doorknobs, transport, bathrooms, etc. because it is very difficult for you to touch your face with that hand.
9- If you need to cough or sneeze.
- Keep disposable handkerchiefs handy in case you need to cough or sneeze and throw them away when you use them. If you don’t have them, cover yourself with the inside of your elbow.
10- Avoid contact with other people.
- Maintaining a safety distance of 2m is very important to avoid contagion to you and also to others.

- • Remember to ventilate the rooms, but avoid the air currents to the rest of the house.
2- Hygiene at home
- • Clean frequently used surfaces and objects using disinfectant cleaning products and following instructions for use. Bleach is the most effective.
- • Also avoid sharing cutlery, crockery, towels and sheets with the people you live with.
- • Use a lockable trash bin.
3- How it is transmitted
- By drops that are expelled when coughing or sneezing, so hygiene and avoiding contact is vital to reduce contagion.
