1- Watch your symptoms

2- Stay at home
- • It is important to restrict activities outside the home to avoid spreading or spreading contagion.
- • Avoid the use of public transport, shared trips or taxis.
3- You need to wear a mask
- Start using it continuously and change it every 24 hours, or it will be ineffective.
4- Safety Distance
- • Respect the safe distance at home, stay in a separate room, with the door closed and use your own bathroom if possible.
- • Remember to ventilate your room, but avoid air currents to the rest of the house.
- • Also avoid sharing cutlery, crockery, towels and sheets with the people you live with.
5- Hygiene at home
- Clean frequently used surfaces and objects using disinfectant or bleach cleaning products and following instructions for use. Bleach is the most effective.
- • Store the dirty laundry in a closed bag and wash it separately at 60-90o with your usual soap.
- • Disposable tissues, towels, pillowcase and other objects of direct contact with spillovers will be of single use only.

6- Incubation period
- • Keep in mind that the incubation period varies from 5 to 14 days, so in that time, your status may change.
- • Monitor your symptoms, it’s a good idea to do the self-assessment when you notice major changes.
